Pediatric cardiologist and Director of the Pediatric Cardiac Rehabilitation Center at Institut Saint-Pierre, Dr. Sophie Guillaumont was the Principal Investigator of the original QUALIREHAB randomized controlled trial in congenital heart disease. She has played a central role in the development of pediatric cardiac rehabilitation in France.
